Return Protocol

At RedRock Service, every component we deliver is engineered for tomorrow. However, should a mission-critical part not meet your expectations, our Return Protocol is designed to ensure a seamless and transparent experience — built for speed, precision, and fairness.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Initiate your return request within 15 Earth days from the delivery timestamp.
  • Item must remain in its original, unused condition, including intact packaging and embedded identification labels.
  • Submission of valid purchase verification (order ID or invoice) is mandatory.
Items Excluded from Return Orbit
  • Parts that have been used, modified, or damaged through user handling errors.
  • Customized builds or special-order technologies.
  • Items returned incomplete, missing accessories, or lacking original packaging.
Return Launch Process

Upon mission approval, you will receive precise directives for safely transmitting the item back to our Logistics Hub. Post-arrival and inspection, eligibility will be confirmed within a standard cycle.

Refund Transmission

Approved returns will initiate a refund directly to your original payment conduit. Processing velocity may vary based on your financial system’s protocols. Only the product cost will be refunded — launch shipping costs are non-recoverable unless the deviation was due to operational errors on our side.

Replacement Strategy

RedRock Service currently does not support real-time exchanges. To acquire a different component, please complete a return and initiate a new procurement sequence separately.

Critical Notes

RedRock Service retains the command authority to reject returns that violate protocol conditions. Should transport damage occur, please document the anomaly immediately upon receipt and alert our Support Command for rapid response.
